All products purchased from come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee. For clarity, here have spelled out terms and condition in detail below.

Canceling Your Order

Any products ordered but not yet processed or packed can be cancelled (over the phone or by email) for a complete refund (including shipping). Should you need to cancel an order, please let us know right away since we aim to process orders as soon as possible (typically before 2PM EST).

If your order has already been processed and/or packed, then we will refund your order less a 15% service charge to pay for labor. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. We cannot recall items once they leave the facility - UPS and USPS do not offer this service.

Any order which is considered undeliverable, returned, or refused (due to a wrong address or nobody to accept the package) will be refunded less a 25% service charge.

Returning an Unopened Item

All UNOPENED returns covered under our 30-day money-back guarantee are subject to the following conditions:

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is issued by the Dermavánt Labs returns department. The RMA Number should be clearly visible on the exterior of every shipping box. We need this number for our records and cannot process any return without it. RMA numbers should be requested no later than 30 days from the date of your order.

Any concerns or dissatisfaction with opened products should be addressed to the product's manufacture. Since everyone has their own perception of what tastes good, opened products will not be returned because of taste, unhappiness with results, etc.

All returns need to be in sellable condition. Products should not be opened or removed from their original packaging. If you would not purchase a product in that condition, then it is not considered to be "sellable" and cannot be returned.

All returns need to be prepaid and shipped freight. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. You might elect to insure your return. If we do not take delivery of your return, we cannot issue you a refund.

In instances where the product had free shipping, there will be a non-negotiable $7.50 deduction off your total refund to cover the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the returned product to our facility. We process refunds on the 1st and 15th of each month. Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days for any reason. If the original order was paid for by money order, you will receive a store credit.

If You Receive the Wrong Merchandise

If we sent you the wrong product in error, please call us as soon as possible at 1-800-511-4356 so that we can issue a call "tag" to have the incorrect shipment returned at our expense. You will not be charged a restocking fee, and your shipping will likely be upgraded to ensure that you receive the right product promptly.

Should you receive the wrong merchandise in your order, please do not open the products.

In the event that your order is damaged during transit:

Please give us a call right away at 1-800-511-4356 so we can ship a replacement to you quickly. Please do not open the damaged item. You might be requested to ship back the damaged item at our expense.

If you receive the correct product but are unsatisfied with it:

Items can only be returned if they are unopened and in "sellable" condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and you may be charged an additional $7.95 for any products that had free shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Please include a copy of your invoice in your return. We request that you ship the package to us using a TRACKABLE method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery confirmation). We regret that we are not accountable for merchandise that is not delivered.
