You will love our Revita products, or we will give you a refund.

If you ordered our products and tried them, but did not see a difference, we will happily send you a refund. However, there are specific guidelines for our return policy. These guidelines are the following:

  1. You must request the return within thirty (30) days of placing your order.
  2. If you ordered multiple products, you must return the additional unopened products.

Returns

  1. Please click here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Your number will be sent to you by email and is necessary to complete the return. You can also call us at 1-800-511-4356 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST.
  2. Once you have your RMA number, please package your return and write the return order number clearly on the outside. Please ensure that everything is included in your package.
  3. Please ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number via a trackable method (such as UPS ground or USPS with delivery confirmation).
  4. Your refund will be issued using the same method that payment was made. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of every month. If you paid using your credit card, your refund may not appear until the next month's statement. You can usually call your credit card company and inquire as to when your refund has posted. If you paid by check, your refund will be issued by check.

We cannot accept packages marked "Return to Sender."

As a result of generous nature of our return policy, we strictly enforce the following terms and conditions:

  • All customers must contact customer service before returning products. We do not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
  • No returns will be accepted if postmarked greater than 30 days after the date of your order.
